      Hi, Steve.

I use Camtasia to shoot the videos and in this video I use SnagIt.

Hi Lynn. You are like the “Xena Warrior Princess” of websites. This tutorial was so incredibly helpful to me. I took a Nightingale course on goal setting, and as you’ve so eloquently stated, goals in the future always seem out of reach when you use traditional goal-setting strategies, and chaos or failure are usually eminent. The model of goal setting that you’ve presented makes soooooo much sense. I’ve never thought of it that way! I certainly will employ this timely strategy in both my personal and business lives. Thanks again.

Thanks, Jeff. I like the title you’ve given me :) I’ve been using that goal-setting process for almost a year now and it’s made so much of a difference. Best of luck!

great stuff Lynn. I think that after you have been in
business for a long while you tend to fall into those
“blue circles” just doing what you have to each day.
even if you are doing well it could be so much easier.

Hi, Ken. I completely agree. That actually happened to me 2 years ago. I was feeling like chaos, but there wasn’t any one thing that was wrong. That was the beginning of my understanding the above technique more and more. I finally learned there didn’t “need” to be something wrong to feel so chaotic. Always reaching for this distant dangling carrot for years and years will drive anyone nuts :)
